Workshop- film sequence

                               Workshop- film sequence

for this workshop, we had to replace sound effects of existing film sequence with sounds that we find either on the online sound libraries or on youtube. We had to find these film sequence from the Arts- media folder. We had to write a list of the sounds in the sequence and get hose sounds. All other aspects of the audio had to be muted and we had to sync your downloaded sounds effects to the video track in either Reaper or Premiere. We then had to upload the edited video with no audible sounds apart from sound effects. After you have uploaded the video we had to evaluate and write about feedback that i got from two other students.

the film sequence that i picked was from a film 'up', i picked this particular sequence because if didn't have anything apart fro, sound effects init, which made it very easy to do because all i had to do was eliminate the sound effect and replace them with my own that i found.

what i think was most difficult about this task was that some sounds were harder to find than others. Sound effect that i found hard to find, was in the film sequence their was a part when the couple were moving furniture, i wasn't successful at finding this sequence but this sound effect was so vital where as others were. there weren't any other sound effect that i found hard to find apart from that one, the others were much either to find.

What i think went well in this task was the sound effect that i choose i think were in sync with the objects on the screen. which is why i found that it was successful even though i didn't manage to finish the film sequence, what i did manage to do went very well. in addition this task or workshop was very useful and helpful because for further preferences i will now have some experience with doing this.
